Hardcore Christianity.

This is my third post today...not expected. I actually have something to say to everyone. I have been talking all summer with people and mostly one of my best friends Erin and what we believe Christianity wise. This is what I personally believe so if you do not believe this, then don't tell me.

  • I personally believe that you do not have to go to church to be a christian. I do think it is awesome to go to learn stuff, yes, but I think that if you are better teaching yourself at home and put a designated time towards bible studied an stuff like that than there is no reason to go to church. Church is just a place. Just because you go there each Sunday doesn't necessarily mean you learn anything from it that day.

  • I believe that "hardcore" Christians that are all down my throat are wrong. I know that in the bible it says "preach to everybody, make sure everyone knows" but you can do it by using your actions correctly. Geez, give me five minutes to take a breath. Immediately going to conclusions is awful by any means for anyone. Everyone is different and so is their home life. Just because somebody does something different doesn't consider them wrong. So please don't jump on the bandwagon and start calling people out and what THEY are doing wrong. Try looking the other way perhaps. I know I am not perfect by any means, I never said that I am...once again this is what I believe and if you are mocking it you are not taking it to heart.

  • A branch off of that...I feel like it isn't neccesary to be "too" involved in church. YES it is good to surround yourself with people who understand, but in my methods try hanging around people who don't know God, because if you use your actions wisely people start noticing.  Do what Jesus would do. It helps people, all around you.

  • "Hardcore Christians" (that I know) don't even act like Christians at all. They judge me all the time because I don't shout out Bible versus to clarify every action I perform in life. I will admit, that I do not know the Bible like the back of my hand, but I know a lot of it and just because I do know those portions doesn't mean I have to tell people. (In this last sentence I mean people  other people their Bible verses they know because they either want to show off their ability possible because they are judging the person they are telling it to. Not because I asked you... You told me because you beve what I am doing is wrong. But you never once got close enough to me to ask me what I believed in... I could have been Buddhist and not even believed in God, yet you tried too hard and judged me right off that bat. I know a lot of people like this and frankly, it annoys me.

  • Hardcore Christians who think that they are the ones we should come too with our problems. If I have a problem I should go to God, not you. If I want to come to you for your prayers I will, but not for advice. So stop telling me that I should go to you for advice...because that's wrong.

This blog was not against Hardcore Christians, because I believe that myself is a Hardcore Christian. This blog about the people who could actually better themself. My relationship with God is personal, yes. This blog is about my beliefs, it is about people I do not like, its about what I can make betten myself and what other may take in and think about. that's it. For the last and final time hopefully, Have a fantastic Wednesday

Love Sara
